  1. Can I buy a cylinder replacing your lock?

     No,AIsecure Twist-to-Lock was uniquely designed to achieve 

    Twist-to-Lock function, so the cylinder can’t be replaced because the cylinder

     was designed as a part of Twist-to-Lock assembly , if you need cylinders

     keyed  alike but here don’t have the SKU,please choose the keyed alike combo

     from our store(visit easilok.com)  only allows 10 skus on it.

    

 

   2. Can these be same key for different locks ?

   Yes,If you need same key for different locks, we can customize it for you. you can             remark in the order.if you have others questions, please contact our after-sale service       online, or send an email to: support@easilok.com or service@agradelock.com, we will     try our best to solve it .

 

   3. What does “keyed alike” and “keyed different” mean?

    Keyed Keyed alike means both locks take the same key. Keyed Different means each        lock has the own key.

 

    4. Can I choose different colors of cabinet locks for the keyed alike combo?

    Sure,you can remark in the order.

 

    5. Will this lock work with any metal filing cabinet? What size hole do i  need to  make ?

    Most of can be available. You need to measure the dimension.

 

   6. Will this work on a small safe?

    sure, if want it broken into very easy. this is a basic grade, replacement file cabinet          lock .

   

   7. Do I need a drill to install the lock?

  Yes, if you are replacing an old lock.or you need a new drill to install the lock (without       hole ) Please prepare the hole-opening tool before installation.Don’t worry about the       size of the hole. A template for drilling is included in our kit,just follow it to drill the hole.

 

  8. Which brand file cabinet will it fit ?

   It is a universal lock, unless it is very unique.

 

   10. Are installation instructions included ?

    yes ,instruction prepared,we also have a video.
